Kristin Delahanty, MD, FACOG

Dr. Delahanty grew up in Northeastern Ohio. She graduated from Miami University with Honors in 1996. She then attended Wright State University and graduated in 2000 after which, she completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Atlanta Medical Center in 2004. Read more.

Michael Echemendia, MD, FACOG

Dr Echemendia (Dr. Ech) is from Cuba and lived in Minnesota until he moved to Atlanta, Ga. at 12 years old. He graduated from Marist HS and has Bachelor of Arts and Science degrees from both St. Thomas College in Minnesota and Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Ga. Read more.

Lara Hart, MD, FACOG

Dr. Hart was born in Arlington, TX. She graduated from Gwynedd-Mercy College with a BS in Biology, Chemistry minor, Cum Laude. She graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. John Lee, MD

Dr. Lee is from Eastman, Georgia. He attended Georgia Tech receiving his degree in Civil Engineering in 1968. He served three years in the U.S. Navy from 1968-1971. Upon discharge he entered the Medical College of Georgia graduating as a Doctor of Medicine in 1975. Read more.

Dr. Abby Otto, a native of the Atlanta area, joined Roswell ObGyn in 2012. She received her undergraduate degree at The University of Georgia where she majored in Biology and Psychology. Read more.

Melissa C. Parker, MD, FACOG

Dr. Parker received her undergraduate degree from Emory University. She completed her medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia in 1999. Read more.

Richard B. Robbins, MD, FACOG

Originally from Cincinnati, Dr. Robbins came to Atlanta in 1976 to attend Georgia Tech where he graduated with highest honors in Chemical Engineering, was a 4 year starter on the baseball team, was a member of ANAK and was the 1980 graduate of the year. Read more.

Kerianne Anastasia, FNPC, MSN

Kerianne grew up in Atlanta. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University, with honors. After working in Women’s Health at Northside Hospital for two years, she advanced her training at North Georgia College & State University, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing, with honors. Rachel joined Roswell OB/GYN in 2005 after earning her Masters degree in nursing from Emory University where she was a Woodruff Scholar. She is certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Read more.

Ginnene Hall, WHNP, MSN

Ginnene started her career in nursing at Northside Hospital after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Georgia College & State University. After six years of working as a registered nurse in Mother-Baby, she furthered her training at Georgia State University where she received a Master of Science degree, with honors. Read more.

Laurie Braswell, CNM, MSN

Laurie graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a BS in nursing and began her career at Northside Hospital as a labor and delivery nurse in 1982. After working for several years as a staff nurse, she realized she wanted to provide women with better options in their birth experience and returned to graduate school at Emory University to earn a Masters degree in Nurse Midwifery. Traci is originally from Ringgold, Georgia. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Read more.

Amy Hannula, CNM, MSN

Amy was born in Fresno, California and grew up in Simsbury, Connecticut. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1995. She worked as an adoption counselor and then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2004. Amy worked ten years as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Northside Hospital and then obtained a Master's degree in Midwifery and Family Nurse Practitioner from Emory University graduating in 2015. April grew up in Buford, GA and always had the desire to be a nurse. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996 from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA and began working as a labor and delivery nurse. Roswell ObGyn is excited and proud to announce that our Certified Nurse Midwives had a C-section rate of 9.35% from June 2015-May 2016 out of 876 patients that they cared for. Compare that to the national average which is 32%. We hope this emphasizes our commitment to minimizing primary C-section rates for the health and safety of both mothers and babies!
